To be a great leader, create a vision. Motivate and inspire others to work as a team and bring that vision to reality. Progressive leadership often involves challenges, such as managing a variety of personalities. Qualities of those personalities usually include those who are passionate and opinionated. Afterall, leaders typically share the same qualities. A great leader encourages his or her team to openly discuss positive and negative aspects of progression. Sometimes the most negative aspects can become the most positive ones. Provide direction for your team and remain persistent. Goals can be accomplished by working as a team and focusing on the end result.
True leaders empower others to become leaders.
